New Delhi, March 29 (IANS). As soon as the summer season starts, people start facing problems like sweating, fatigue, dehydration and skin problems. In such a situation, there is a great demand for natural and cooling home remedies. Aloe vera juice is a great and easy solution to cool the body in summer.

The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India also recommends consumption of aloe vera juice during the summer season. Aloe vera or aloe vera is a plant whose gel inside is cold and sticky. Making juice and drinking it has many benefits in summer. The biggest benefit is that it cools the body from inside and reduces the effect of heat. With regular consumption, the skin becomes glowing and the stomach remains clean.

When the body temperature increases in summer, Aloe Vera juice provides coolness to the body. Aloe Vera juice has natural cooling properties. This reduces feeling of heat, dizziness and restlessness. It is beneficial for the skin. In summer the skin becomes dry, sticky or rash. Drinking aloe vera juice regularly keeps the skin soft, glowing and healthy. It also helps in reducing acne and blemishes. By making a pack of this and applying it, skin related problems remain away.

Aloe vera strengthens the digestive system, stomach problems like constipation, acidity and gas are common in summer. Aloe vera juice keeps the stomach clean, improves digestion and provides relief from constipation. At the same time, due to excessive sweating in summer, there is lack of water in the body. Aloe vera juice is helpful in keeping the body hydrated and also helps in quenching thirst, it contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which keep the immune system weakening in summer strong.

According to health experts, take out fresh aloe vera gel and mix it in water. You can also add lemon juice and some honey or black salt as per taste. It is best to drink a glass in the morning on an empty stomach. Prepared aloe vera juice is also available in the market, but fresh and without sugar is better.

Consumption of aloe vera juice during summer season maintains the coolness of the body and prevents many health problems. Pregnant women, children and people with any serious illness should consume it only after consulting a doctor or Ayurveda expert.
