New Delhi, 3 October (IANS). Large hemorrhoids, piles, are such a problem that disturbed people hesitate to openly talk to someone about it. However, this is not an incurable disease. The right diet, yoga and home remedies can be controlled to a great extent and life can be passed without pain and discomfort.
Large hemorrhoids in Ayurveda are called Arsh. In ordinary language, when the veins around the pudding are swollen and emerge like warts, it is called big hemorrhoids. These warts sometimes live inside (internal piles) and sometimes come out (external piles). Constipation is the main reason for this, because repeated stool increases the pressure on the veins.
In addition, long -term sitting on the toilet, pregnancy, junk food and spicy food, heavy weight lifting and lack of water also increase it. Initially it only gives mild discomfort, but gradually pain, irritation, itching and bleeding starts. The discomfort increases so much that it also affects the quality of life.
Now the question is what can be its domestic and easy cure. First of all it is necessary to improve diet. Fiber -rich things like green vegetables, salads, fruits, porridge and Isabgol should be eaten daily. Drinking plenty of water and avoiding constipation is the most important solution. Oily and spicy things should be reduced. Along with this, the site bath of lukewarm water gives relief two or three times a day. It just has to fill lukewarm water in a tub and sit for 10-15 minutes, which reduces the swelling and pain of the warts.
Applying coconut oil and aloe vera gel warts in home remedies reduces irritation and inflammation. Triphala powder at night keeps constipation away and reduces pressure by making Isabgol stool soft. Banyan milk and Arjun bark decoction also help in preventing blood and strengthening the nerves. By applying neem and turmeric paste, the warts start shrinking. Soaking figs overnight and eating in the morning makes it easier for bowel movement and gradually gives relief. It is also beneficial to include curd and buttermilk in food, as it improves digestion.
Lifestyle improvement is also very important. Avoid working for a long time, do not sit with a mobile in the toilet and do regular yoga. It is also better to defecate in Indian style ie squatting position, as it puts less pressure on the anus.
