New Delhi, 26 September (IANS). Running life, increasing pollution and wrong eating not only harm health, but hair health is also badly affected by it. Weak, dry and falling hair has become a common problem of people of all ages today. Expensive products found in the market may show an impact for some time, but the chemicals present in them cause more damage to the hair in a long time.
In such a situation, both Ayurveda and modern science consider coconut oil to be a panacea for hair health.
Lauric acid, vitamin E, and antifungal elements present in coconut oil work deeply moisturizing the hair. In Ayurveda, it is considered ‘Kashy’. When this oil is mixed with some domestic and natural ingredients, its effect becomes even more effective.
This not only prevents hair breakage and loss, but also helps in new growth by improving the health of scalp.
If honey is added to coconut oil, this mixture keeps the hair moisture as well as reduces the problem of split hair. At the same time, if it is mixed with eggs, it becomes a kind of protein treatment, which strengthens weak hair.
Amla is considered a ‘chemical’ in Ayurveda, that is, if its powder is added to coconut oil, it can remove the problem of premature hair and hair fall.
Aloe vera and coconut oil relieves problems like dandruff, while mixing with curd makes the hair conditions, causing them a natural glow. Simple home remedies like fenugreek and banana meet with coconut oil, they speed up hair growth and make them soft.
