New Delhi, December 22 (IANS). Coriander is a special spice in Indian kitchen, it not only makes the food delicious but also keeps the health healthy. Ayurveda tells that drinking its water provides many health benefits. Drinking coriander water especially in the morning on an empty stomach helps in detoxifying the body and strengthening the digestive system.
