New Delhi, December 5 (IANS). Everyone desires facial beauty, but stubborn dark circles do not seem to go away. Many people believe that dark circles are a sign of increasing age, but dark circles are not just a problem of the eye skin, but indicate fatigue and imbalance of the body.
Fatigue of the body directly affects the eyes and dark circles start forming.
In Ayurveda, dark circles have been linked to the imbalance of Vata and Pitta. Due to imbalance of Vata and Pitta in the body, deficiency of Rasa Dhatu, impurity of blood, weak digestion power and excessive stress, dark circles start forming under the eyes. Bad lifestyle and dirty eating habits are also the main reasons for this. Ayurveda has suggested effective ways to reduce dark circles.
Dark circles are directly related to the hydration of the body. To avoid dark circles, drink plenty of water throughout the day and keep the body clean from inside. Toxins from the body come out through urine and the body starts filtering. It is also important to have a clean stomach for the glow of eyes and face. Dirt trapped in the intestines causes many diseases of the body. For this, take Amla juice or Amla powder mixed with honey with warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will keep the stomach clean and the whole face will start glowing like the moon.
External measures are also necessary to reduce dark circles. For this, heat liquorice, manjishtha, rose leaves and sweet almond oil together and filter this mixture and fill it in a bottle. Massage around the eyes with this oil before sleeping at night. Massage in circular motion. This will gradually reduce the dark circles. Apart from this, you can also massage around the eyes by mixing two drops of rose water in desi ghee at night. This will reduce eye fatigue, increase blood circulation and also reduce wrinkles.
Along with this, it is important to get complete sleep. Take at least 7 hours of sleep and avoid unnecessary stress. Due to stress, stomach, mind and brain are badly affected.
