New Delhi, October 15 (IANS). In today’s fast-paced life, we are leaving health behind. Especially due to mental fatigue, lack of sleep and wrong eating habits, dark circles under our skin and eyes have become a common problem.

Be it sitting in front of the screen for a long time in the office or using mobile phone till late night, due to all these things the dark circles become deeper, which spoils the beauty of the face. In such a situation, everyone wants to get rid of it, that too without any expensive treatment or chemical products.

According to the Ministry of AYUSH and yoga experts, some easy home remedies and face exercises can not only provide relief from dark circles but can also make the facial skin young and glowing. One of these very simple but effective solutions is a special facial exercise, which you can do anytime during the day. This exercise neither requires any special equipment nor any expensive beauty treatment.

This exercise starts with lukewarm water. First of all, take a glass of lukewarm water and fill it in your mouth. Now, tighten all the muscles of your face as much as possible while keeping your mouth full of water. Wait in this position for about two minutes. After this pour out the water. As easy as this exercise appears to be, it is equally powerful in effect.

This process gives a slight stretch to the inner muscles of the face, which improves blood circulation there. When facial cells are adequately supplied with oxygen and nutrients, the skin looks naturally healthy and glowing. The swelling under the eyes gradually starts reducing and the dark circles start becoming lighter. Apart from this, tightening the face leads to toning of the skin, which can also prevent the onset of wrinkles.

It is advisable to include this exercise in your daily routine, especially for those who stay in front of the screen all day or who do not get enough sleep. The risk of dark circles is many times higher in such people, because the skin under the eyes is the first to be affected due to constant fatigue and lack of sleep.

Face tightening exercises not only strengthen the muscles of this area, but also provide mental relaxation.
