Decay is a silent killer for teeth, know when dental problems can increase.

New Delhi, January 31 (IANS). Everyone pays attention to the problem of toothache or swelling, but decay works like a silent killer for teeth.

It is not even known when a hole gradually forms inside the teeth which appear shiny from outside and by the time this happens, the decay has already surrounded the teeth. The problem of tooth decay causes unbearable pain and it gradually infects all the teeth; In such a situation, it is very important to take care of teeth.

The process of tooth decay occurs very slowly and its symptoms are not visible. After pain it is known that the teeth have decayed. There can be many reasons for tooth decay, such as eating too much sugar, not brushing and rinsing properly, lack of saliva in the mouth, deficiency of calcium and vitamin D, as well as sleeping at night without brushing. All these reasons are enough to cause tooth decay.

Many home remedies have been suggested in Ayurveda to prevent tooth decay and to strengthen the gums, which can be done comfortably at home. The first is the use of clove oil. Clove oil works to reduce toothache and bacteria, thereby reducing the process of decay. For this, leave clove oil on the teeth for some time at night and clean it with water.

The second is Datun or gargle with Neem. Neem is a natural anti-bacterial, which helps in reducing bacterial infections from teeth. Neem teeth are also beneficial for the health of teeth. The third is oil pulling from coconut oil. Oil pulling works to clean the dirt by going into the nooks and corners of the teeth and removes the yellowness on the teeth. For this, swish the oil inside the mouth for 5 minutes and then rinse.

Fourth is the mixture of salt and mustard oil. The mixture of salt and mustard oil provides relief from toothache and also destroys the bacteria growing in the teeth. Applying this mixture three times a week also reduces yellowness of teeth. Apart from these remedies, changes in diet are also necessary.

Include calcium and vitamin D in your diet. Calcium and Vitamin D together strengthen the teeth and also reduce the problem of bleeding gums. Along with this, Vitamin C is also important for teeth; For this, consume some sour fruit once a day. This is also beneficial for the health of teeth.
