Deficiency of this vitamin can bring early ageing, know why Vitamin B7 is important for the body

New Delhi, December 31 (IANS). Taking care of yourself in today’s lifestyle is like a task. The whole day is spent sitting on chairs and typing fingers on the keyboard.

Food has also become dependent on junk foods and canned foods due to which there is deficiency of vitamins and minerals in the body. Generally the focus is on calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B12, but like other vitamins, biotin i.e. vitamin B7 is also important for the body, which helps in making you young and beautiful.

Vitamin B complex contains a total of eight different vitamins, including vitamins thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folic acid (B9), and cobalamin (B12). All of these are soluble in fat and water and help the nerves of the body to function smoothly. One of these is Vitamin B7. Due to deficiency of Vitamin B7, hair starts falling, nails start breaking, wrinkles start appearing on the face, hair and skin start becoming dry, and metabolism becomes slow.

Vitamin B7 is also called the silent killer of the body because its deficiency for a long time weakens the body from inside. The special thing is that Vitamin B7 is not produced in the body like other vitamins, but it is necessary to take it in the daily diet.

From Ayurvedic point of view, biotin is considered a metal-nutrition aid and a strengthener of skin, hair and nails. Biotin is helpful in strengthening metabolism, which increases immunity. These convert carbohydrates into energy, which provides energy to the body and with the energy received from the blood, every organ of the body functions properly. It also helps amino acids to function properly in the body, allowing for better growth and repair of cells.

Overall, if there is a deficiency of biotin, the body becomes lifeless and premature aging may occur. Now the question is how to get Vitamin B7 in daily diet. It is easily available in food. For this, almonds, broccoli, sweet potatoes, sunflower seeds, oats, peanuts, mushrooms, spinach and soybean can be consumed regularly.
