New Delhi, 7 October (IANS). In today’s fast-paced life, we often ignore our health, which makes our skin, hair and nails weakened. Especially the nails, which are a mirror of our health, sometimes weakening and falling on, or yellow.
According to the Ministry of AYUSH, the direct connection of the problem of nails is related to lack of blood circulation and malnutrition in our body. If the blood does not reach the right amount to the different parts of the body, then the nails do not get the necessary nutrition, which affects their strength. In such a situation, Yogasan is a very simple and natural remedy, which not only improves blood circulation but also helps in nourishing the roots of the nails.
According to the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH, regular yoga exercises increases blood flow to the body, which improves nutrition supply to hands, feet and especially nails. Improvement in blood circulation strengthens the texture of the nails.
Marjarasan: Marjarasan is also called Cat Pose. The Ministry of AYUSH has described it as extremely beneficial for nails. In this asana, the body is tilted back and forth through its spinal cord, which improves blood circulation to the back as well as the hands and feet. Especially to the fingers of the hands, better blood flows, causing nutrition to the roots of the nails. This makes the nails strong and their growth is also healthy.
Padhastasana: This asana activates blood flow from the lower part of the body to the hands. The Ministry of AYUSH has said that this asana not only improves the blood circulation of the feet but also increases the flexibility of the body. When we try to touch the feet with our hands, the blood supply in the nail organs intensifies, leading to the necessary nutrition to the nails. This increases the brightness of the nails and avoids breaking.
Bhujangasana: This asana is known as Cobra Pose. This is extremely important for the health of the nails. In this asana, the upper part of the body is lifted by lying on the stomach, which increases blood circulation to the chest and hands. The Ministry of AYUSH has stated that Bhujangasana increases the flow of oxygen in the blood. This asana makes not only nails but also skin and hair healthy.
Balasan: This asana is also called baby currency. It helps in reducing mental and physical stress. Reduced stress causes hormonal balance, which is necessary for the growth of nails. Balasan balances blood circulation, which improves nutrition in the nails better. The muscles of the body rest in this asana, which makes the blood flow smooth and strengthen the nails.
Chaturang Dandasana: This asana activates all the main muscles of the body. The Ministry of AYUSH has described this asana as an increase in the body’s energy and improves blood flow. When we bring the body down in this posture, the muscles of the hands and shoulders are activated, causing better blood circulation to the nail organs. This increases the strength of nails and improves their health.
