Many people dismiss it as work pressure, less sleep or the effect of weather, but health experts do not take this sign so lightly. He says that frequent fatigue can be an important signal from the body. Not paying attention to it in time can cause many serious health problems.

According to experts, feeling constantly tired is not only a sign of weakness, but it can also be an early symptom of many diseases developing in the body. Especially the effect of obesity and its related problems is first visible on the energy level. As body weight increases, additional pressure starts to put on many organs, due to which the person starts getting tired quickly and feels lethargic throughout the day.

Health experts believe that irregular eating habits, lack of physical activity, stress and not getting enough sleep are also the main reasons for increasing this problem. Constant fatigue can also increase the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver and heart diseases. Therefore, it should not be ignored considering it as a normal problem.

Experts recommend that if a person is feeling tired for a long time, then he should get its reasons investigated. Especially if fatigue is accompanied by weight gain, shortness of breath, loss of appetite or other physical changes, it is important to immediately consult a doctor.

To prevent this problem, some simple changes in lifestyle can prove to be very helpful. Eating balanced and nutritious food, limiting consumption of salt, sugar, and oil and ghee is considered beneficial for health. Apart from this, regular exercise is also very important. Experts recommend walking or doing yoga for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily.

It is also very important to drink adequate amount of water during the summer season. Weakness and fatigue can also increase due to lack of water in the body i.e. dehydration. Health experts say that by adopting small good habits, not only can fatigue and laziness be avoided, but the risk of many serious diseases can also be reduced to a great extent.
