Due to weak blood circulation in winter, the body gives these signals, know the reason and simple solution.

New Delhi, December 21 (IANS). Fatigue, laziness, muscle stiffness and dry skin seem common in winter, but this is due to weak blood circulation.

Blood circulation is weak in winter, because the drop in temperature directly puts pressure on the blood vessels, due to which the blood vessels of the body shrink and the blood circulation becomes slow.

It is very important to have proper blood circulation in the body, because it is through blood that the entire body gets nutrition and oxygen. Every part of the body functions smoothly only through nutrition and oxygen. In winter, due to lack of proper blood circulation, tingling in the hands and feet, lack of body heat, dryness on the face and lips, rapid heartbeat, feeling of restlessness, increase in blood pressure, feeling of heaviness after waking up in the morning, headache and feeling like dizziness and pain along with tingling in the hands and feet.

Some simple measures have been suggested in Ayurveda by which you can improve the blood circulation of the body. For this, drink lukewarm water in winter. Drink lukewarm water before and after eating. If you feel stiffness in the body, then massage with any hot oil. This will increase blood circulation in the muscles and provide relief from stiffness and pain. The elderly have to face this problem more in winter. In such a situation, it is more important to take care of them.

Don’t forget to take turmeric incense in winter. Along with providing Vitamin D to the body, light sunlight will also provide warmth and blood circulation will also improve. Taking sunlight strengthens bones and also provides natural energy to the body. Apart from this, do light exercise and pranayam daily. Consume decoction of ginger and cinnamon. Avoid heavy meals. Keep the body covered with warm clothes. Avoid taking stress and eat fresh food.

To keep the body warm, consume sesame seeds, jaggery, hot garlic-onion soup, peanuts, dry fruits and saffron. Along with providing nutrition, they also help in improving blood circulation.
