In such a situation, just wearing warm clothes or using a heater is not enough. It is important to keep the body warm and strong from inside. This is why health experts recommend eating eggs in winter.

Consumption of eggs is beneficial for our body in many ways. It is a source of high quality protein, which helps in strengthening muscles. This effect of protein keeps the body healthy and energetic. People often feel tired in winter, but the protein and amino acids present in eggs help in reducing it. Apart from this, the nutrients of eggs maintain the internal warmth of the body, which makes one feel less cold.
