Tea made from flowers like lotus, hibiscus, rose, maulshree and parijat not only provides relief from summer fatigue and irritation, but also maintains freshness and energy throughout the day. Drinking hot tea in summer increases sweating and the body becomes hotter. At the same time, Ayurveda considers flowers to be a treasure trove of medicinal properties. Tea made from these flowers is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, which increases immunity, reduces stress and provides coolness to the body from within.
