New Delhi, September 10 (IANS). Acne, pimples, have become a common problem of people of all ages nowadays. For this, the facewash, creams and medicines found in the market provide relief for some time, but often this effect does not last long. There is a natural method in such a situation, and that is ‘yoga’.
According to the Ministry of AYUSH, yoga works to remove the dirt inside our body and balance the body. When the body is clean from inside, its glimpse is also visible on the skin.
Pranayama is the most effective way to make the skin healthy. When you do pranayama regularly, it calms your brain and reduces stress.
Stress is a major cause of acne in today’s time. Stress causes hormonal changes in the body, causing pimples to emerge. But, when you do pranayam a few minutes in the morning, it not only cleans your skin, but also keeps the mind calm.
Matsyasana is also helpful in reducing acne. In this asana, the body is tilted and the chest is lifted up, which opens the heart and lungs and makes it easy to breathe deeply.
This asana helps in transporting maximum oxygen to the facial cells. When the skin gets the right amount of oxygen and nutrition, it starts to become clean and shiny automatically.
Sarvangasana is also beneficial for reducing acne. This asana is done by reversing the body, which causes more blood circulation to the face. As soon as the blood grows rapidly towards the face, the skin starts getting more nutrition and oxygen. This removes dead skin cells and makes new cells. This process causes skin cleaning and pimples begin to decrease.
Bhujangasana can also help in getting rid of acne. In this posture, the chest is lifted up by lying on the stomach. This asana improves your digestive system. Digestion does not freeze toxins in the body, which reduces the chances of acne on the face.
