Hair starts becoming sticky due to humidity and sweat and due to sweat it falls more than usual. In such a situation, it is important to take care of hair during summer.

Hair care in Ayurveda is not limited to external beauty but is a reflection of the body’s internal balance, nutrition, and lifestyle. In this hectic life, with the improvement in lifestyle, hair can be deeply nourished through some herbs found in the lap of nature. We will tell you about some oils made from herbs mentioned in Ayurveda, which not only improve the color of hair but also give shine to the hair.

For this, boil Amla powder, curry leaves, coconut oil and fenugreek seeds on low flame. After the color changes in coconut oil, filter it and keep it in a glass vessel. This oil nourishes the hair, maintains the shine of the hair, reduces dandruff and also makes them soft. Use this oil twice a week.

Another way is to boil Amla powder, Bhringraj powder, Brahmi powder, Jatamansi powder, and sesame oil on low flame. After the color changes and everything is cooked, filter the oil and keep it. This oil relieves the problem of hair fall, cleans the dirt accumulated in the hair, also gives relief from mental stress, and also gets rid of the problem of premature graying of hair.

Apply this oil lukewarm three times a week on your hair, and if your scalp is oily then after oil massage twice a week, wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo. The changes in hair will become visible within a few months. With this, keep the body hydrated and do not allow deficiency of Omega-3 and Vitamin E in the body.
