If you feel tired throughout the day without work, do not ignore it, it may be due to deficiency of this vitamin.

New Delhi, December 26 (IANS). It is natural to feel tired after work, but if this feeling persists throughout the day then do not ignore it. There can be many reasons behind fatigue, but frequent fatigue is a sign of weakness, which makes the entire body lifeless. Body weakness indicates deficiency of Vitamin B complex.

Like other vitamins, Vitamin B complex is very important for our body. Vitamin B complex contains not one, but eight different types of vitamins, which include Vitamin B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5, B-6, B-7, B-9 and B-12, which is the energy house of the entire body. Every vitamin works to provide energy to different parts of the body.

If there is a deficiency of any of these vitamins in the body, then fatigue, hair fall, dizziness, weakening of brain nerves, memory problems, skin related problems, tingling or numbness in hands and feet, anemia, weak eyesight, depression, excessive strain on blood vessels and mental health are also affected.

Vitamin B complex works to convert our food into energy. These are water soluble vitamins, which provide rapid energy to the body. If food is not converted into energy then there is a deficiency of other nutrients in the body. In such a situation, fatigue of both mind and body is felt.

Now the question arises that how can the deficiency of Vitamin B complex be compensated? Vitamin B complex is rarely found in the diet. In vegetarian food, Vitamin B complex is found only in green leafy vegetables, whole grains, milk, curd and some fruits, whereas in non-vegetarian food, it is found in meat, fish, chicken and eggs.

Vitamin B complex can be absorbed properly in the body. For this, reduce the intake of tea and coffee. Avoid consuming canned products and if vitamins are still not fulfilled then you can take supplements after consulting the doctor.
