Ignoring the 'female reproductive system' can prove costly, take better care in this way

New Delhi, October 12 (IANS). The female reproductive system is a biological system, which helps in producing children. It is divided into two parts – external reproductive organ and internal reproductive organ. These organs are not only helpful in having children, but also help in maintaining the overall health of women.

The female reproductive system maintains hormonal balance, sexual maturity, mental stability and bone strength in women. If there is any kind of problem in this then the entire body of the woman gets affected.

In Ayurveda the female reproductive system is linked to both Shakti and nature. Because of this mechanism, woman has been called the creator of the universe, who gives birth to new power. Apart from the ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix and vagina, the female reproductive system also contains many external reproductive organs. All these small organs together help in normalizing the overall health of the woman. If there is a problem in any of these organs, the woman may have to face many problems.

Many herbs have been mentioned in Ayurveda to keep the female reproductive system healthy. Asparagus plays a big role in this. Asparagus contains compounds like polysaccharides, mucilage, folic acid, and sarcasapogenin, which balance hormones and reduce stress. Cinnamon is also good for the female reproductive system.

Cinnamon contains compounds like terpenoids and flavonoids, which work to reduce inflammation and relax uterine contractions. Let us tell you that only the uterus of a woman contracts every month during her period and feels a lot of stress. In such a situation, consumption of cinnamon will be good.

Ashokarishta is very good for the female reproductive system of women. It contains decoction of bark of Ashoka tree, which is very effective. By consuming it, a woman gets relief from period related problems and hormones remain balanced.

Apart from this, fruit ghee is also beneficial. You can make it at home. It contains ingredients like Gir Cow Ghrit, Manjith, Mulethi, Kooth, Harre, Bahera, Amla, Ajwain, Turmeric, Barberry, Asafoetida, White Lotus flower, and Shatavar. All these herbs together help the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries to function properly.

Apart from this, the female reproductive system can also be kept healthy with the help of Ashwagandha, Lodhra, Yoga and meditation.
