New Delhi, June 20 (IANS). Dean (Ph.D.) of All India Institute of Ayurveda, Prof. Mahesh Vyas said that special programs of Yoga Day will be held at 40 places in Delhi, including a main program at Janpath, which will be attended by Union Minister JP Nadda.
Pro. While talking to IANS, Mahesh Vyas congratulated the entire world on International Yoga Day. He said that Yoga Day will be celebrated all over the world on 21st June. Yoga Day has also been organized in the premises of All India Institute of Ayurveda.
He told that Yoga Day has been organized at 40 different places in Delhi. On this day, Union Health Minister JP Nadda will be present at Janpath and the program will be completed in his presence. Yoga has reached the entire world under the leadership of PM Modi, I thank and congratulate him for this. There is a saying in our country that do yoga daily, diseases will go away. Whoever does yoga will definitely remain healthy.
He said that this time the Ministry of AYUSH has given the theme of ‘Yoga 365’. This means that we have to do yoga daily. By doing yoga, it is definitely possible to create a healthy family, healthy society, healthy nation and a healthy world.
Pro. Mahesh Vyas told that this time the main event is being organized in Kolkata. The main event of International Yoga Day is organized every year at different places. There are mainly two programs in the morning. First, PM Modi’s address to the nation, in which people are inspired to do yoga. After this, a 45-minute yoga protocol is given to each person. The 45 minute yoga protocol is available on YouTube and TV channels.
He said that I appeal to the people that those who are not able to attend the yoga program can do yoga at their home by following the protocol. People should adopt yoga and make the family healthy.
