The tradition of drinking lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning has been going on for centuries because it is not just a habit but a process that is beneficial to the body.

According to Ayurveda, drinking lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning has extraordinary benefits, from speeding up digestion to balancing Kapha dosha.
