New Delhi, 22 September (IANS). Every day’s running, increasing pollution, lack of sleep, anxiety and constant screen time, all these are affecting health. In such a situation, the low oxygen levels in the body are becoming a common thing.
Lack of oxygen does not only cause fatigue or headache, but it can also be a sign of the onset of serious diseases.
The Ministry of AYUSH believes that it has become very important to include yoga in its lifestyle, as it strengthens the lungs and improves the flow of oxygen in the body.
Trigonasana:- The practice of trigonasana spreads the muscles around the lungs, causing the ability to breathe automatically. This dispersion helps the body to receive more oxygen and transport it to the body in a better way. Along with this, the stretch of the spinal cord balances the body’s energy.
Oleocated Shramanasan:- Regular practice of underlent Shrainsana improves blood flow in the body and also makes the supply of oxygen smooth. This asana reduces stress and helps the brain to get more oxygen, which brings mental clarity.
Yashtikasana:- While doing Yashtikasana, the spine remains straight and the respiratory tract opens without any pressure. When breathing goes under obstruction, the amount of air reaching the lungs increases and the body gets more pure oxygen. This asana is especially beneficial for those who work in front of the computer or mobile for hours and who have difficulty in breathing openly.
Matsyasana:- Matsyasana intensifies the flow of oxygen in the body. In addition, this asana also balances the thyroid gland, which controls the entire metabolism.
