Madhya Pradesh Police: Application starts for 679 constable posts, fill the form till April 19

Bhopal, April 17 (IANS). A good news has emerged for the youth who want to join Madhya Pradesh Police Department. Band branch of MP Police Department has released vacancies for a total of 679 posts of constable.

The application process in online mode has started from April 5 and the last date to apply has been fixed as April 19. In such a situation, eligible and interested candidates who are thinking of filling the application form are advised to submit their registration form within the stipulated time limit after visiting the official website. At the same time, for those candidates who make some mistake while filling the form, the correction window will remain open till April 24.

MP Police has invited applications for recruitment to 679 posts of constable, which include 458 posts of general, 92 posts of home guard and 59 posts of ex-servicemen. General/SC/OBC category candidates filling the application form must have 12th pass from a recognized institute or board and ST category candidates must have 8th pass.

Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of skill test, band/performance test, medical test, interview, document verification, etc., after which the salary of the selected candidates will be between Rs 19,500 to 62,000 per month depending on the post. Along with this, other benefits and allowances will also be given to the candidates.

While applying, candidates will have to pay the prescribed application fee as per their category in online mode, which is Rs 500 for unreserved category and Rs 250 for SC/ST/OBC/International Tribe (Madhya Pradesh residents only).

To apply online, candidates should first visit the official website of MP Police. After going to the homepage, click on the application link issued for the concerned post. After this, register and login. Then enter all the information asked in the form. Upload all the required documents in the correct size. After this, pay the registration fee and submit the form. Finally, take a printout of the registration form for future reference.
