New Delhi, November 2 (IANS). Dry fruits are considered a treasure of health. It has been taught since childhood that eating dry fruits like almonds, cashews, raisins and walnuts keeps health good, but more than dry fruits, the treasure of health is hidden in Magaj seeds.

Consumption of Magaj seeds can compensate for the deficiencies of many vitamins in the body.

Among the seeds of Magaj, melon, watermelon, pumpkin and cucumber seeds are considered to be the most beneficial, which take care of the health from brain to heart. Magaj seeds can be prepared at home and are easily available in the market at low prices.
