Milk and dates: Ayurvedic power combo to remove weakness of the body.

New Delhi, January 14 (IANS). Not taking food at the right time, lack of sleep and constant stress hollows the body from inside, due to which most of the people today are suffering from the problem of fatigue, weakness and low immunity. In such a situation, people run towards expensive supplements and energy drinks, but Ayurveda tells us a very easy, cheap and reliable solution which has been used for centuries to strengthen the body.

In Ayurveda, the combination of milk and dates has been called Balya, i.e. a diet that strengthens the body and increases vitality. Dates are sweet in taste and hot in nature, while milk is cool, full of nutrition and calming. When these two are boiled together, it becomes a powerful mixture that removes the weakness of the body and nourishes all the seven metals.

The biggest advantage of this power combo is that it removes fatigue and fills new energy in the body. It is helpful in gaining weight for thin people. For those whose immunity is weak or who fall ill again and again, milk and dates are no less than a tonic. It is considered helpful in increasing stamina and strength in men, while in women it is beneficial in weakness and anemia.

Its consumption is even more beneficial in winter. It keeps the body warm from inside, provides relief from joint stiffness and pain and prevents problems like dry cough. Not only this, regular consumption improves sleep, reduces mental fatigue and also improves mood. This recipe is also beneficial for the skin, which reduces dryness and brings natural glow to the face.

It is also very easy to make. Take out the seeds of 3 to 4 dates, put them in a glass of milk and boil on low flame. When the milk is reduced to half and the dates become soft, drink it lukewarm before sleeping at night and eat it after chewing the dates.

However, diabetic patients should consume it only after consulting the doctor.
