New Delhi, 25 September (IANS). Our body is a wonderful machine, and water is the most important fuel to run this machine properly. Science also believes that about 70 percent of our body is made up of water, that is, the body needs plenty of water to work properly.

But, only water can not keep our body hydrated, for this there are many natural and nutritious drinks that give many benefits along with completing the lack of water in the body.

Coconut water:- In Ayurveda, it is considered to balance the ‘Tridosha’ of the body i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Coconut water is a drink that cools the body from inside and also relieves fatigue along with quenching thirst. It contains naturally potassium, magnesium and vitamins, which are helpful in increasing the energy of the body. In the summer season, when the body is vulnerable to dehydration, it acts like a medicine.

Buttermilk:- It is not less than a boon even for stomach health. According to Ayurveda, buttermilk improves digestion and calms the heat of the stomach. The probiotics present in it strengthen the intestines and improve digestion. Especially after lunch, a glass of buttermilk not only cools the body but also removes problems like dizziness, gas and acidity from heat.

Lemonade:- It is very beneficial for the body. It is rich in vitamin C, which strengthens the immunity of the body. In Ayurveda, lemon is considered to be very effective for purifying the blood to the blood and exiting the toxic elements from the body. In the morning, drinking lemon and a little honey mixed with lukewarm water in the morning cleans the body from inside and keeps energetic throughout the day.
