New Delhi, May 29 (IANS). The scorching heat continues to rage in many parts across the country. Problems like overheating, heat stroke can dehydrate the body rapidly in this scorching heat. In such a situation, fresh and juicy pineapple available in the market can prove to be a great natural way to keep the body hydrated.

Pineapple has a very high water content, which helps in meeting the water deficiency in the body during the summer season. The sweet and sour taste of delicious and juicy pineapple attracts everyone.
