Protection from gadget radiation is very important, children's mental development can be affected.

New Delhi, April 4 (IANS). In today’s lifestyle, all work has become dependent on gadgets. We are always surrounded by gadgets all the time, whether it is in office or at home.

At home one has to continuously sit in front of TV, AC and phone and in office one has to sit in front of computer or laptop. In such a situation, gadget radiation causes many types of harm to the body, which are not visible but harm the body from inside. In today’s time, safety from radiation has become a big issue. Today we will tell you about protection from gadget radiation.

In today’s time, mobile, laptop and Wi-Fi have become a part of our lives. But their excessive and wrong use can affect the body. By taking a little precaution you can keep yourself and your family safe. If you work on a laptop, always use mouse and keyboard. This creates a limited distance between the bodies and reduces the effect of radiation.

Second, avoid working with the laptop on your lap; Always use a table. Due to this, radiation does not touch the body directly. Always maintain a distance of one foot between yourself and the table. This will keep both eyes and body healthy. Along with this, do not always keep the phone close to you.

Often people keep the phone in their pocket and keep it with them even while sleeping. This causes damage to both the heart and brain. If there is Wi-Fi at home, then try to install a Wi-Fi router outside. This will reduce the radiation level in the house and the air will also remain clean. The rays emanating from the router disturb sleep and also have harmful effects on the nerves of the brain.

Try to keep your phone on airplane mode while sleeping. By doing this the radiation level reduces to a great extent. Along with this, try to keep children away from gadgets. Use of gadgets weakens the mental level of children and also hinders their development.
