Reduce increasing eye stress, adopt these healthy habits daily

New Delhi, April 4 (IANS). With change in weather, it becomes important to take care of eyes. Due to the changing weather, there is always stickiness in the eyes and the problem of watery eyes also starts troubling.

Along with this, weakness of eyes has become a common problem in today’s digital era, but we have brought some easy and natural methods for you, using which eye care and decreasing eyesight can also be controlled.

In today’s digital era, eyes become very tired due to screens. In such a situation, eye exercises and sungazing become necessary. For this, rotate your eyes in all directions for 10 minutes every day and then close them for some time and rest. Repeat this exercise 5 times. Along with this, sungazing means looking at the sun. For this, try to see the sun with naked eyes 1 hour before sunrise and sunset. After this, rub both the palms and apply it on the eyes. This will give relief to the eyes.

Second, dryness of eyes increases in summer. In such a situation, apply cucumber eye pack on the eyes daily. For this, place two slices of cucumber on the eyes and try to calm yourself for some time. This removes eye fatigue and also increases blood circulation.

Reduce screen timing. Make a rule that you will not use your phone or watch TV after 9 pm. This will strengthen the eye muscles and also reduce the pressure caused by the screen. This will also provide relief from headache. Apart from this, do Tratak Kriya daily. For this, light a candle or lamp in a dark room and then keep looking at it continuously. This cleans the eyes and a lot of water also flows from the eyes.

This process also helps in increasing concentration. By doing these exercises daily, you will automatically see improvement in the condition of your eyes within a few months and the rapidly decreasing number of eyes will also stabilise.
