New Delhi, November 16 (IANS). Rice bran (rice bran) is not just water, but a kind of Ayurvedic super drink. Drinking this gives instant strength to the body, removes fatigue, improves digestion and also improves the skin.
Actually, when rice is boiled, the starch, vitamins and minerals present in it come into the water. This water (Mand) acts like a natural tonic for the body.
In Ayurveda, starch has been placed in the category of liquid food (drink). It gets digested quickly and helps a lot in removing weakness. Especially if digestion is weak, body is weak after fever or illness, there is fatigue or there is lack of water in the body, then drinking starch provides immediate relief.
