New Delhi, January 18 (IANS). Ayurvedic medicines have been used for centuries for the treatment of many types of diseases.
Apart from medicines, even the most serious diseases are treated in Ayurveda through many other methods, such as using ashes. In Ayurveda, Loh Bhasma, Swarna Bhasma, Rajat Bhasma and Shankh Bhasma have been used to get relief from diseases. Not only in India but also in China and Egypt, the method of treatment with metal ash is being adopted for years. Today we will tell you about Swarna Bhasma.
Golden ash has been mentioned in Charak Samhita, Sushruta Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya. It is prepared after refining the remaining gold particles several times and is as expensive as gold. With the rising price of gold, the price of bhasma also rises. Swarna Bhasma is prescribed in Charak Samhita, Sushruta Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya for tuberculosis, anemia, cough, debility, infertility and muscle weakness. Along with this, it helps in keeping the skin young.
Swarna Bhasma keeps away from heart diseases. Gold has the property of curing chronic disorders i.e. chronic serious diseases and some heart diseases come under the purview of chronic disorders. Therefore, if you want to keep your heart young then you can eat gold ash.
Ayurveda says that Swarna Bhasma has been used for years to strengthen the immune system. Gold particles activate the cells of the body and also prevent infections that occur with changes in weather. Consumption of golden ash gradually increases the body’s immunity. It contains abundant amounts of antioxidants, which work to protect the body from free radicals.
If there is lack of blood in the body and hemoglobin does not increase even after taking medicine, then Swarna Bhasma can be consumed. Swarna Bhasma helps in delivering oxygen to the red blood cells which helps in making hemoglobin in the body. If there is mental stress and the mind remains sad without any reason, then only Swarna Bhasma can be consumed.
In Ayurveda, Swarna Bhasma is considered the best medicine to deal with mental diseases. However, in case of any problem, consume Bhasma only after consulting the doctor, because it is consumed in different quantities according to the diseases. Pregnant women and children should take special advice from the doctor before consuming it.
