23 cases in Delhi, alert across the country
So far 23 new Kovid cases have been reported in Delhi. Cases are increasing from Kerala, Mumbai to Delhi.
The central government has instructed all states and union territories to arrange beds and oxygen in hospitals.
Omicron jn.1 variant effect
According to doctors, the boom in the cases is due to the OMICron JN.1 variant. However, WHO has not considered it “worrying”.
In most patients, mild symptoms such as fever, nose, sore throat, headache and fatigue are being seen. Patients are usually recovering in 4 days.
