Pawanmuktasana:- This asana is very beneficial for people who complain of problems like stomach gas and indigestion. In this asana, when you pull the knees towards the chest and try to mix the head with the knees, the stomach completely shrinks. This shrinkage activates your digestive system and gradually reduces the fat inside the stomach. By doing this asana daily, the stomach feels light and there is no complaint of blotting.
