In such a situation, the National Health Mission advises people to adopt easy daily habits to adopt a healthy and energetic lifestyle. Small habits provide many benefits to the mind as well as the body.

According to NHM, morning move can be made with some easy steps, which is adoptable for everyone. For this, taking some sunlight every day is very beneficial. Morning sunlight produces Vitamin D in the body, which keeps bones strong, improves mood and increases immunity. Walking or sitting in the sun for 10-15 minutes in the morning is enough. With this, the day starts with freshness and one feels less tired.

Maintaining mental balance is equally important. To avoid stress and anxiety, deep breathing, meditation or adopting positive thinking helps. Experts advise to calm the mind by sitting quietly for a few minutes in the morning, this helps in maintaining focus and happiness throughout the day.

Regular exercise should be made a part of daily routine. Do light yoga, stretching, walking or any physical activity for 20-30 minutes. Exercise keeps the body fit, controls weight, strengthens the heart and also improves sleep. Exercise not only keeps the body but also the mind sharp.

Eating green vegetables is very important for health. Green vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, broccoli are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. These are beneficial for eyes, skin and digestion. Include green vegetables in your daily diet, this detoxifies the body and keeps diseases away.

Along with this, it is also important to drink water in balanced quantity. Drink 1-2 glasses of water as soon as you wake up in the morning and 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. Water keeps the body hydrated, speeds up metabolism and makes the skin glowing. Drinking lukewarm water also improves digestion.
