New Delhi, January 30 (IANS). It is said that giving birth to a child is like being born again for the mother herself, because due to labor pain, both physical and mental changes occur in the mother. After giving birth to a child, it is equally important to take care of the health of the mother along with the health of the child.

Some mothers ignore their own health in order to take care of their children, which is wrong. Today we have brought a list of seven foods that a new mother must include in her diet.

The first one is dry ginger powder. Dry ginger tablets are made from a mixture of dried ginger powder, rock salt and lemon juice and are slightly astringent when consumed.
