New Delhi, March 15 (IANS). In today’s time, people are increasingly suffering from diabetes. People busy with work do not realize that the disease is gradually developing in their body.
When symptoms appear, they are considered normal and ignored. In such a situation, when the disease becomes very bad, then one feels that I wish I had taken precautions earlier. Same thing happens with sugar also. This is not a disease that occurs in a day, but is the result of our lazy lifestyle. Today we will tell you about those lifestyle habits which imbalance the blood sugar.
Nowadays people try to control blood sugar, but still the sugar remains high. Many reasons account for this. The first is to drink tea on an empty stomach in the morning. In Ayurveda, morning time is for light and balanced diet, but as soon as people wake up in the morning, the first thing they start with is tea and biscuits. Consuming sweet beverages on an empty stomach causes blood sugar imbalance.
The second reason is to sit down after eating. Sitting or lying down after eating is the biggest reason because it slows down the process of converting glucose into energy in the body. Ayurveda believes that if a light walk is taken after eating, then blood circulation and glucose is properly utilized in the body and diseases do not bother us.
The third reason is eating food late. Earlier people used to adapt their lifestyle to the Sun. The best time is to wake up before the sun and go to sleep after the sun sets, but in today’s lifestyle, staying awake late at night and eating late at night is the biggest cause of disease. With the setting sun, digestion slows down and in such a situation, food starts rotting in the body and stomach related disorders also start occurring.
The fourth reason is less sleep. Lack of sleep is the biggest cause of stress, due to which the pace of both mind and body slows down. In such a situation, there is imbalance of hormones and absorption of insulin in the body and diseases start developing.
The fifth and last reason is consumption of refined flour and packed food. Consumption of sweet snacks, products made from refined flour and cold drinks, which is harmful not only for blood sugar but also for the entire body. External products contain high amounts of sodium and refined.
