Some people do not gain weight even after overeating, but their weight definitely decreases when they become ill. To avoid such problems, methods have been suggested in Ayurveda by which weight can be balanced in a natural way.

If thinness or weakness persists in the body, it shows slow digestive fire and lack of nutrients in the body. In Ayurveda, thinness has been linked to weak digestive fire. If the digestive capacity is weak, then the nutrients present in the food do not reach the cells completely and the body starts becoming weak. For this, first you have to strengthen the digestive power of the stomach and remove problems like constipation.

To remove thinness, it is necessary to change the diet. In such a situation, you will have to start the morning with nutritious food, but before that, take lemon and honey with lukewarm water to increase the digestive power of the stomach. This will speed up metabolism. Then you can have banana, dates and fig shake for breakfast. It contains both protein and good fats.

Be sure to include pulses in lunch and eat more vegetables and less roti with it. Eat a light but nutritious meal at night, such as soup or porridge. Along with this, take milk and one spoon ghee at night before sleeping. To increase weight and increase the amount of blood in the body, definitely eat homemade chenna. This will remove weakness from the body and will also increase hemoglobin.

Many powders have also been mentioned in Ayurveda, which are helpful in increasing weight, like Ashwagandha and milk should be taken at night. Consuming it strengthens muscles and gradually increases weight. Consuming ghee, sugar candy and banana also increases weight, for this consume sugar candy with threads. Along with this, it would also be good to take any kind of Chyawanprash, which will help in improving digestion. Ayurveda also recommends a herbal drink consisting of cardamom, dates, almonds and saffron mixed with milk. Drinking this increases weight rapidly.
