Keep the quantity of cinnamon and ashwagandha less than that of drumstick powder or leaves and boil it till it reduces to half the water. The thing to note is that consume this decoction only 2-3 times a week and at breakfast time. It works like a herbal tea and provides countless benefits to the body.
Drumstick powder or leaves are full of iron.
