New Delhi, April 8 (IANS). In today’s time, everyone wants a healthy body, but the question is how a healthy body can be achieved.

There is only one answer to this question – understanding your body. Our body has so much capacity that it can fight every disease and live a good life without medicine. Living a life without medicine is not just an idea but a sign of a good lifestyle.

According to Ayurveda, today’s modern lifestyle and food habits are the root cause of diseases, and that is why now is the time to return back to nature. The more you go to nature, the more the disease will go away. To live a healthy lifestyle without medicine, some things have to be brought back in life.

The first step is self-diagnosis, that is, first identify your own disease. Our body never lies, and whenever there is any kind of problem in the body, some signal is definitely received. For this, one needs to know some main symptoms of the body, like joint pain, weakness, decreasing weight, sudden blurred vision, fever, and constipation. These reasons reflect internal disturbances of the body.

The second step is to use natural medicines. We do not mean any medicine, but staying close to nature and time only. For this, it is important to take diet on time and it is also important to consume fresh fruits from nature in the lifestyle. These are the fresh fruits, which help in reducing the use of medicine. Apart from this, it is also important to connect with nature for at least half an hour every day. Walk barefoot on the grass and hug the trees. This reduces stress and the body feels mentally healthy.

The third step is the improvement stage. At this time you will feel changes in your body. Like you will get relief from joint pain and eating fruits will also provide relief from stomach related diseases. The body will slowly start healing itself. If after this you have the problem of fever occasionally, instead of taking medicine, soak your feet in hot water and sit, although this will increase the body temperature, it will help in curing the fever. Our body temperature becomes hot only when the body is attacked by bacteria. To fight infection, the body increases its temperature and starts producing antibodies.

Along with this, try to chew some neem leaves daily. This will eliminate more than half of the diseases in the body.
