Bring the heels close to the buttocks and sit on the heels. Touch the knees to the ground. Place both hands on the knees in Gyan Mudra. Keep the spine and neck straight. Remain in this posture for as long as possible and then return to the starting position. During this, keep the spine, neck and head completely straight.
