Initially practice it for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then gradually increase the time to 5 to 7 minutes.
According to Yogacharyas, this exercise strengthens the muscles of the toes and toes, increases blood circulation in them and makes the nerves active. This makes the feet look beautiful and attractive. For women, this exercise also corrects the deformities caused by the habit of wearing high heel sandals.
This improves balance, reduces fatigue and strengthens the grip of the feet. However, this practice should be started under the supervision of a yoga expert.
