Dietician’s advice: Dietician Dr. Anamika Yadav suggests that eating vegetable oats or porridge can be beneficial for diabetic patients. Apart from this, nutrient rich Moong Dal Chilla can also be included in breakfast. Diabetic patients should also eat 4-5 soaked almonds and a walnut in the morning. If you want, you can also eat boiled egg white or egg white omelette with vegetables.
