Meanwhile, an order was issued by the administration in Muzaffarnagar that the owners of shops, hotels and dhabas on the Kanwar route will have to write their names in clear words. When there was a controversy over this, CM Yogi Adityanath issued a new order. CM Yogi issued instructions and said that shops on the Kanwar route in the entire state will have to put nameplates on food shops. After this decision, people have now started putting their nameplates on food shops.

On this, BJP is being targeted a lot by opposition parties and Muslim leaders. Now Union Minister Giriraj Singh has issued a statement regarding this. Giriraj Singh wrote on the social media site X, “If the name Hindu is so dear to you, then why don’t you become a Hindu?” Let us tell you that on all the Kanwar routes of UP, shopkeepers will have to tell their name and identity in front of the food shops. This has been done to maintain the faith and purity of the Kanwar pilgrims. Also, the UP government has warned that action will be taken against those selling products with Halal certification.

Shopkeepers in UP will have to display nameplates

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has taken this step for the Kanwar pilgrims. According to the instructions, name plates will have to be installed on food shops on Kanwar routes across UP. The name and identity of the operator and owner will have to be written on the shops. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the faith of the Kanwar pilgrims. Let us tell you that the month of Sawan is going to start from 22nd July and the Kanwar Yatra will start with this. Keeping in mind that there should not be any kind of quarrel, this decision has been taken by the UP government.
