Modi posted on ‘X’, “The accident in Hassan, Karnataka is heartbreaking. In this sad time, my sensations are with bereaved families. I hope to recover the injured as soon as possible.” He announced a grant of two lakh rupees from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund to the family of each deceased. He said that 50-50 thousand rupees will be given to the injured.
