The Modi government has reduced tax on all the everyday items and in addition to the tax deduction on many things, their price has reduced considerably. Union Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated the countrymen on GST 2.0 and said that this is the gift of the Modi government to all the mothers and sisters of the country on the auspicious occasion of Navratri. Amit Shah wrote on social media, “Modi ji promised the GST reform to the countrymen, it has come into force in the whole country from today.” There has been a historic reduction in tax on more than 390 items in this GST. Food and household items, home buildings and materials, automobiles, agriculture, services, toys, sports and handicrafts, education, medical and health, insurance in GST in areas like GST will bring happiness in the lives of countrymen and their savings will also increase.

Shah said, GST is zero on many dairy products, or unprecedented reduction on everyday items like soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair oil, shampoo, Next Jane GST Reform has brought a gift of happiness in every category house. Life insurance, health insurance, senior citizen policy, 33 life-sewing drugs and diagnostic kits from zero GST to oxygen, surgical instruments, medical, dental and vetneri devices from minimum GST, GST reform will historically increase in the country’s savings. Farmers are excited by GST deficiency in agricultural equipment and fertilizer sector and now the countrymen will not have to think much for vehicle purchases. This GST reform will also promote self -reliance. With this, he called upon the countrymen to adopt indigenous things in daily use items.

The Home Minister further said, Next Jane GST Reform is a proof of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s determination to serve the poor, youth, farmers and women. New reforms will further reduce their expenses with a huge cut in GST rates on different types of goods and will take the wheel of India’s development even faster on the path of becoming the world’s most prosperous country. The Modi government is increasing their income by opening a lot of opportunities for the middle class and through GST improvement, it is ensuring that their savings increase continuously. A huge decrease in GST rates on daily essential commodities, healthcare products, electronic devices and educational goods will increase their spending and they will be encouraged to save even more.
