On Wednesday, six people died in a terrible road accident near Peraman in Sangam Mandal in Nellore district, when a tipper lori collided with a car on the national highway. According to the report, the collision was so severe that the car was completely buried under a huge tipper and was taken out with the help of JCB.
Despite the rescue efforts of police and fire personnel, all six people in the car died on the spot. At the time of the accident, Pamuru was going to meet one of his sick relatives from the victim Nellore. Mritaks have been identified as T. Radha (38), T. Srinivasulu (40), Sesham Sarmma (40), Balavengayya (45), Chalgundala Lakshmi (30) and Chandu Priya (15).
Officials said the bodies were badly deformed due to the collision. With great difficulty, the bodies were taken out of the damaged car and transported to the mortuary of the autocratic government hospital. Seeing the bodies of his loved ones, members of the mournful family were shocked.
The District Transport Commissioner said, “Today there was a major accident near Peraman, in which a tipper lorry and a car carrying six passengers collided. All six people died on the spot. We believe that this tipper was caused by the driver of the lori due to fast speed and negligence.” As soon as the information was received, the district officer immediately reached the spot, while the police immediately started investigating the incident.
