Ten people were killed and around 25 others were injured in a horrific road accident between a bus and a pickup vehicle in Katihar district on Saturday. The accident occurred near Gerabari under the jurisdiction of Korha police station, resulting in an immediate rescue operation by local officials and police personnel.
Today, on 11th April 2026, a fatal road accident occurred near Gerab under the jurisdiction of Cork Police Station, Katihar District.
Katihar Police said, “So far 10 people have lost their lives in this incident. Around 25 people injured in the accident are being taken to nearby hospitals for advanced medical care after first aid…”
