Bihar election: Congress continues 'resolution for extremely backward class justice', 10 "solid" points listed

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday issued a ‘resolution for extremely backward class justice’ for Bihar, which is aimed at ensuring full rights and rights for the ‘Bahujan communities’ of the state. The Gandhi sets the outline of 10 concrete resolutions, which includes increasing the reservation in panchayat and municipal bodies from 20 percent to 30 percent and implementing quota in private colleges.

Sharing a video on X, Gandhi posted, “To ensure that Bahujans get their full rights and rights in Bihar, we have issued a historic ‘Extreme Backward Justice Resolution letter’ today. It includes 10 concrete resolutions.” He said, “We will send the law passed to increase the 50 percent reservation limit to increase the reservation limit. Reservation will be implemented in all private colleges and universities. The practice of “found appropriate” in appointments will be abolished. A committee will be formed to ensure proper representation in the list of unique backward classes. “

Gandhi further said, “Landless SC/ST/OBC/EBC persons will be provided land (urban: 3 decimal, rural: 5 decimal). Half of the reserved seats in private schools will be allotted to SC/ST/OBC/EBC children. 50% reservation in government contracts up to 25 crore will be given to SC/ST/OBC/EBC. A law will be enacted. An authority will be set up to oversee reservation and change in the list will be done only by the Legislative Assembly. “

Earlier today, during the launch of ‘Extreme Backward Justice Resolution’ in Patna, Rahul Gandhi said that during the ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ in Bihar, he went to various districts of Bihar and told the youth that the constitution is being attacked. Gandhi said, “During the 15 -day voter rights journey, we went to various districts of Bihar and told the youth that the Constitution is being attacked. I am not only being attacked. There were two things in front of Modi, first, there will be a caste -based census across the country;

Rahul Gandhi reiterated his demand for caste census and alleged that the weaker sections of the society “do not get the participation that they deserve.” The Congress leader said, “Even today, this country has the most backward class, backward classes, Dalits, tribals and minorities in this country, no one of whom is entitled to participate. The whole country wants to show the population of minorities, tribals and poor general castes.

He added, “On the other hand, caste -based protests are restricted in Uttar Pradesh … on the one hand it is thinking, and on the other side is our thinking … We want to give a vision to extremely backward classes …” Meanwhile, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge announced today that if the party and its allies come to power after the election, they will implement ten -point programs. Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi alleged that the rights of citizens are being taken away not only in Bihar but all over the country. “

Kharge said, “When we come to power in Bihar, we will implement 10 -point programs … We have to uplift backward classes, Dalits and others who are deprived of their rights …”.
