NAAC (NAAC), an organization that monitors universities, says that Al Falah University has not been renovated.

One name is being mentioned again and again in the Red Fort bomb blast of Delhi, that is Al Falah University. All the suspected doctors are connected to this university in some way or the other. The owner of this university is Javed Ahmed Siddiqui. 61 year old Siddiqui earlier worked in a chit fund. He has served three years in jail for money fraud. More than 15 FIRs were registered against Siddiqui at that time. An FIR has been registered in the name of Siddiqui’s brother Saud Ahmed at New Friends Colony police station in New Delhi under IPC sections 420 (cheating), 406 and 409 (criminal breach of trust), 468 (forgery for cheating), 471 (use of forged documents) and 120B (criminal conspiracy). There was a serious allegation against him of misappropriation of Rs 7.5 crore.

Siddiqui, a resident of Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, has obtained a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. In 1992, he started working as an Assistant Professor at Jamia Millia University where he remained till 1994. Both his sisters and two sons live in Dubai. The Arabic word Al Falah means success or prosperity. This university running in Faridabad, Haryana is run by Al Falah Charitable Trust, whose president is Javed Ahmed Siddiqui. Siddiqui is the director of nine more companies, which are related to investment, education, software, energy, export and consultancy.

Shakeel, Omar and Shaheen Saeed are all associated with Al Falah University.

NAAC (NAAC), an organization that monitors universities, says that Al Falah University has not been renovated. The university claimed that it had received university accreditation from NAAC, although its time limit had expired and it was not renewed. Faridabad’s Al Falah University hired two doctors dismissed from Kashmir without investigation, this is also a matter of investigation. These include Dr. Nasir, who was found involved in terrorist activities in 2023, and Dr. Umar, who carried out the blast in Delhi, who was dismissed from Anantnag Hospital. Siddiqui-led Al Falah Charitable Trust runs Al-Falah University and Al Falah Medical Research Center in Faridabad. This university, which started as an engineering college in 1997, has a campus of 78 acres.
