Those passengers whose tickets were issued before February 28, can re-book their journey on the same route till March 20, 2026, for which no extra charge will be taken.
Transit passengers will be allowed to pass through Dubai only if their connecting flights are confirmed. If a passenger does not wish to travel, he or she can demand a full refund through official channels or through a travel agent. The airline has made it clear that safety is their first priority and they are gradually returning towards normalcy.
