New Delhi. Donald Trump has signed an executive order to charge a fee of $ 1 million annually for H1B visas. The US issues 65000 H1B visas every year. Out of this, more than 70 percent of Indian professionals have been getting. Indian professionals receiving H1B visas include tech industry, engineering and health care. Now, by imposing a fee of 1 lakh every year for H1B visa, it will be difficult for them to go to America and work. An economist from America himself has expressed concern over the fees of Donald Trump to impose fees for H1B visas.

Economist and Daniel D. Martino, associated with the Manhattan Institute, has posted his concern on X. He has written that even those working under H1B visas in America will not give the highest dollars of $ 5 million annually. Martino has written that the H1B visa plan will end by levying such a huge fee. Daniel has written that if the court does not cancel Trump’s decision to charge fees, then the fields of healthcare, higher education and technology in the US will be destroyed by imposing fees on H1B visas. Let us know that about 5 lakh people in America work with H1B visas.

US President Donald Trump is constantly taking anti -India steps. First he has put 50 percent tariff on India. Apart from this, in the past, he has announced a ban on those using the Chabahar port being constructed with the cooperation of India in Iran. India has also been put on the list in the drug case by the Trump government. However, Trump also constantly says that India likes him and PM Narendra Modi is a very good friend. In such a situation, now questions are being raised on the condition of fees for giving H1B visas whether Trump wants to be friends with India or not!
