According to the latest report of Hurun Rich List 2025 (Hurun Rich List 2025), 101 overseas Indians (NRIs) are billionaires worldwide. Of these, the maximum number of 48 billionaires live in the US (US), 22 in the United Arab Emirates, 16 in the United Kingdom (UK) while 3–3 in Cyprus and Singapore, 2–2 billionaires in Canada and China. The remaining 5 billionaires are settled in other countries.
NRI Gopichand Hinduja in first place
The first place in this list is NRI billionaire Gopichand Hinduja, whose total assets are estimated at ₹ 1.85 lakh crore. After him, L. is in second place. N. Mittal and his family, whose assets are ₹ 1.75 lakh crore. Both live in London.
ZSCAler’s founder Jai Chaudhary is in third place
Jai Chaudhar, who lives in San Jose, America’s San Jose, has jumped from fifth to third place. His assets are now ₹ 1.46 lakh crore.
Fourth and fifth place
Anil Aggarwal, owner of London -based Vedanta Group and Shapur Palonji Mistry, who lives in Monaco, shared the fourth place.
Indian -origin woman billionaire Jayashree Ullal
CEO Jayashree Ullal of Arista Networks, who lives in San Francisco, USA, is ranked eighth with assets of ₹ 50,170 crore. She has been a professional woman of the richest Indian origin for the second consecutive year.
